You can take a full backup of your hosting files from the hosting control panel by following these steps:
A full backup will create an archive of all the files and configurations on your website. You can only use this to move your account to another server, or to keep a local copy of your files. You cannot restore full backups through your cPanel interface.

1. Log in to the cPanel control panel.
2. Click on "Backup" from the "Files" section.
   
   
   
   
3. You will be redirected to the next page, where you will see the option "Download a Full Account Backup". Click on it.
   
   
   
   
4. Choose the "Backup Destination", then enter the email address where you want to receive the notification once the backup is ready. Finally, click on "Generate Backup".
